Ours Plantations

Chestnuts

We established our farm in 2007 by restoring a chestnut grove.
Located in the heart of the Corsican mountains, our orchards in Santa Réparata di Moriani and Pianello cover about twenty hectares at altitudes between 650 and 900 meters.

Abandoned for decades, the groves have undergone extensive renovation through clearing and pruning. Our chestnuts, which ripen peacefully and far from pesticides, are prepared using traditional methods. They are harvested by hand, dried over a wood fire, cleaned, sorted, and packaged according to the products we make in our workshops.

Aromatic Plants

From the very beginning, we developed products using plants from the maquis. We first harvested wild aromatic plants, often near the chestnut groves.

Later, we began cultivating all the Corsican species: Helichrysum (Immortelle), Nepita, Rosemary, Thyme, Myrtle, Butterfly Lavender, and more. We also grow exotic plants that feature prominently in our recipes, such as Lemongrass. More recently, we have started a small Aloe Vera plantation.
